    1. Marine Inspection Introduction.

    Please be informed that on 25 August 2018, a spot inspection/pre-mob inspection was conducted
    onboard CBg. Samudra Perkasa-1 at TN-Ix404 accompanied by Barge Master and crew.

    2. Findings and recommendation :


    1) Found fire canon on top deck detach during test, to be repaired (P1)
    2) Water leak at fifi pump line flange in engine room, to be repaired (P1)
    3) FFA location not as per fire plan, to be synchronized (P2)
    4) Poor housekeeping on main deck, to be cleaned up (P2)
    5) Found several life jacket light on main deck (in box) were unlit, to be rectified (P2)
    6) Bend on jumping rope frame on main deck. To be repaired (P2)
    7) Bend on starboard side hand rail on main deck, to be repaired (P3)
