User Account Settings

Being able to add users


for OAT 1
As Audit company
admin, you will need to
ensure you are able to
create new users for the
Offline Audit Tool

1. In Sedex Advance,
click the user name
(top right of screen)
and select My User
Account.

2. On the user profile
page, check the
Enable OAT Flag
interection to ensure
this is ticked.

4. Under Enable OAT
Flag Interaction, ensure
this is ticked.

Adding New Users
1
1. In Sedex Advance,
click the User tab and
then Create.

2. You should now be in


the create user page.
Add following:

- Company email
address of user. 2
- First & last name of
user.
Adding New Users
3. Under Sedex
Advance Role(s), you 3
can select the access
you require the user to
have. There are
different combinations
of access for Scheduler,
reviewer & auditor.
Please see the Role
Combo Matrix for more
details.

4. Under Data Monitor

Role(s), Select
Report_Viewer.

5. Click Submit.

Please ensure the user


check they have 5
received the registration
email.
Resend Registration Email
If the user has not
responded to the 1
registration email within
24 hours, you can
resend the email again.

1.Click the User tab and


then Search.

2. Enter the email


address of the user and
click Search.

3. Click on the user
code (ZU) link. 3
4. You should now be on
the user profile page.
Click on Resend
Registration Email
button.

Updating Existing Users

1. In Sedex Advance,
click the User tab and
then Search.
You should now be
presented with the
‘Search User’ page,
search for user by user
code(ZU) or email
address.

2. You should now be
able to edit the
selected user’s details
and also add/remove
role(s)
Updating Existing Users
3. OAT Flag Interaction is
automatically enabled 3
for Audit Admin/
Scheduler/Offline
Auditor. For Audit
Company Admins only
this needs to be
manually enabled.
Note: Audit Company
Admins can disable the
OAT flag for Audit
Admin/Scheduler who
do not interact with

audits using the Offline
Audit Tool.

4. Under Data Monitor


Role(s), Select
Report_Viewer.

5. Click Save.
