Padre Burgos reopens dive sites to local tourists

Good news for divers out there!

Diving sites in Southern Leyte are reopening its doors to travelers. Domestic tourists are now welcome
to visit those in Padre Burgos, such as Sogod Bay which boasts of more than 30 dive sites.

They offer activities like floor diving, mock diving and wall diving among others. The site stretches from
the town of Macrohon to the island town of Limasawa and across the towns of San Francisco and
Pintuyan in Panaon areas.

The local government reminds tourist to comply with all requirements and observed health protocols.

Padre Burgos is a 5th class municipality famous with its colourful cluster of corals.
