49 1. Design, fabrication, erection and testing requirement shall be in accordence to API Standard 650, Latest Edition
50 2. The thickness to be calculated as per code
51 3. Manway should supply with davit, gasket, bolts, nuts and washer
52 4. Nozzle schedule / thickness and projection shall be as per API 650
53 5. All external nozzle localized stress analisys to be performed by supplier as per WRC 107 & 297 bulletin
54 6. Gasket material shall be 0.175" non asbestos
55 7. Bolts and Nuts should be coated with fluoro carbon
56 8. Bottom of tank should be slopeto drain collection
57 9. Tank should be equiped with ladders and handrails (top of tank) for maintenance purpose.
