SUB-CONTRACTING BUYING BEHAVIOR:

As per the authentication of a contract, the term sub-contracting corresponds to the outsourcing
procedure. This kind of purchasing activity exists in companies, because what companies do is
procure services from other industries in terms of raw materials, labours, etc. This approach is
called sub-contracting buying behaviour. This is a standard representation of purchasing activity
in Business to Business marketing. For instance, private banks are often seen subcontracting security
services to another security consultancy company where security guards are employed.

LEGALIST BUYING BEHAVIOR:

If a customer seeks to abide by the rules, laws and arrangement when attempting to make a
transaction, we call his actions legalist buying behaviour. In this circumstance, the customer very
closely studies the context and the laws connected with the commodity. It means that he is curious
in more legitimate, plausible and ethical factors related to the commodity. Giving an example, while
purchasing a hard disk, a customer checks its authenticity by verifying the QR code or the serial
number.
