This is a list of countries where Enel has registered companies or offices. This list may not
be exhaustive.

Name of supplier/affiliate or partner

Name of supplier/affiliate or partner available to sign contracts for each country.
In case of missing data, please leave the field blank. This won't prevent the invitation to
the further steps of the tender procedure.

Country where the supplier/affiliate or partner is registered

Country where the supplier/affiliate or partner has registered offices.
Enel reserves the right to require a supplier with registered offices in the same Enel
country. This detail will be provided during the tender.

Company ID (CUI) in Enel supplier portal

Fill with the company ID (CUI) in Enel supplier portal.
If the company is not registered in the Enel supplier portal, please leave the field blank

MG FIPS03 qualification status

Fill with the company qualification status for Merchandise Group FIPS03 (i.e. "invio base";
"in valutazione", "completed" etc.);
If the company is not registered in the Enel supplier portal, please leave the field blank.
