The end countersink is the height of countersink position minus the thickness of plate. Place the ends on the testing platform, select the measure points, then press “start”. The four pneumatic controlled sensors will start to measure the sample ends automatically at the same time. The sample ends will be rolled automatically to change the measure points. Installation ‘The tester is easy to be installed, Please read the technicel data cerefully in the manuel before installation. Make sure the air source matches with the machine, ‘Take the tester ffom the package, check if there is damage or not. (Check with the packing list, (Cary out the test in clean, neat, dry and pollution-fee laboratory. ‘Connect the power supply. Caution: make sure the source voltage matches the rated voltage! ‘Connect the compressed air, adjust the pressure to 0.5 Mpa, The maximum is 0.6 MPa, (Please pull up cover of the part (1) Air Source Processor, increasing pressure by rotating it clockwise, decreasing pressure by rotating it anti-clockwise), BRYA 6. Press “Zero” button, the displacement sensors and linear scale will be zeroed out. After pressing the button, the four measuring heads of the displacement sensors will stretch out and be cleared. “Probe Control” controls the four displacement sensors. Calibration procedures: © Tum on the tester, unscrew (10) “Screw nut of linear scale” (Picture 2), and move (9) “Rotation axis” (Picture 2) to the leftmost side. Then tighten the “Screw nut” (Picture 2). ® Press “Zero” to clear the sensors and lineer scale (Set zer0) @® Place the ring gauge on the testing platform (below picture), make sure the ring gauge do not touch (6) “Sensor measuring head” (Picture 2). Otherwise the measuring head cannot stretch out or draw back and result in fault. "Correction Value for Countersink’: to correct the countersink test value. The value is related to the thickness of the end plate, There are 10 different groups of correction values for your option. The principle and method of setting the “Correction value for countersink”: when the correction value is zero, use CanNeed EMS-200 to measure the first sample can end, then the countersink value is A. Then use CanNeed CSG-d Countersink Gauge to measure the first sample end countersink, and the value is B. Finally the correction value for countersink of the first sample end is C=A-B. Test Method ~ 1) Unserew the Screw mut (10, Picture 2), move the rotation axis to the leftmost side and tighten the screw mut (10, Picture 2) to fix the sliding block of the linear scale, Press the ‘Zero’ button to clear the sensors and Tinear scale 2) Unscrew the part (10, Picture 2), move the lineer scale to the right side slowly till the sample end can be Placed in, Place the sample end and move the linear scale tothe left slowly till the sample presses the driving Wheel (7, Picture 2), Let the sensor meesuring heads point to the countersink and cur! position respectively. Screw the screw nut (10, Picture 2) to fix the sliding block of the linear scale. Press the ‘STAR? button to start the measurement. 3) Ifthe same sample is tested again, please move the driving wheel (7, Picture 2) tothe left by hand, place the ~ sample in, let go your hand and the driving wheel will reset itself, and then start the measure again. 4) Asroup of data will be recorded after measuring a sample end. Press “Data” button to check the data — Press “+/-* button under the ‘End No’ to check all the data of each different end. Press ‘+/-" button under ‘Measure Point” to check the data of each measure point of an end. — Press ‘Delete All Data’ to delete all the data. 99 pieces of ends’ data can be saved at most (50 measure points at ‘most for one end). More data cannot be saved if memory is full, Please delete the data in time. Caution: 1. Do remember to clear the displacement sensors and linear scale after restarting the equipment. 2, Do remember to move the linear scale slowly.
