1. FOCUSED ISSUE

I notice some of my students began making noises when i left them with some works.

2. ANALYSIS

I think this is because they were reluctant to do their works when they did not understand
it. They were too afraid in making mistakes in their learning.

3. PAST RESEARCH (LITERATURE REVIEW) TOWARD ISSUE

According to Silvia (2017), the fear of making mistakes affects everyone. But the differences
are in the effect. Some might get teased while some are getting encouraged.

4. SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENTS

Therefore, I had listed few possible solutions for this problem.

1. Prepare reward system
2. Give students 5 minutes to ask questions about the task.
3. Encourage them to try

I had made reward chart during the early weeks of practicum. I will use it widely during the
lesson.

In short, teacher need to always encourage the students to learn better.
