NAME OF THE FIRM: L&L WATER COMPANY, Inc.

ABOUT THE COMPANY: L&L water company was founded on September 15, 2021 by
Sanitary Engineers Princess Sheina Laurente and Leonesa Laus.
The company is the sole provider of water and used water which
is treated to be distributed to over seven million people in Ilocos
Region. It provides water treatment, water distribution, sewerage
and sanitation, comprising a broad range of residential, semi-
business, commercial and industrial customers; encompasses 4
provinces, 8 component cities, 116 municipalities and 3,265
barangays spanning a 13,012.60 square kilometer (5,024.19 sq
mi) area that includes Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La
Union and Pangasinan.

The Company has the right to use land and operational fixed
assets under the terms of the Concession Agreement between the
Company and Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System, as
well as the exclusive right, as agent of MWSS, to extract and treat
raw water, distribute and sell water, and collect, transport, treat,
and dispose used water, including reusable industrial effluent
discharged by the sewerage system in the Region. Is also entitled
to recover its operating, capital maintenance and investment
expenditures, business taxes, and concession fee payments over
the concession period, as well as earn a rate of return on these
expenditures for the remainder of the concession term.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. President and CEO - The President and Chief Executive Officer primarily responsible for
managing and directing the Company's day-to-day operations. He is ultimately responsible
for the organizational and procedural controls of the company.
2. COO for L&L Water 0perations – Headed the Business Operations and central corporate
functions.
3. COO for New Business Operations - focuses on existing products and services while
expanding the core business to new geographies in the country.
4. Chief Finance Officer and Group Director - provides financial and legal services to the
enterprise.
5. General Manager - While managing the overall operations of a company or division, a
general manager is expected to improve efficiency and increase profits. General Manager
Responsibilities include staff management, budget oversight, marketing strategies, and
many other aspects of the business.
6. H.R. Director - are entrusted with directing HR frameworks, dealing with
worker relations, guaranteeing compliance with directions, overseeing budgets, evaluating
staffing needs, enlisting representatives and planning and preparing programs.
7. Engineer Manager - In architectural and engineering firms they directs, plans, and
coordinates activities, as well as spending time supervising employees. They are in charge
of creating overall concepts for new products and/or resolving issues that may prevent them
from being completed.
8. Purchasing Manager - is responsible for developing purchasing strategies, maintaining
positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding supply
needs, and supervising the purchasing team in their daily activities.
9. Personnel and Office Management - supervising and monitoring the work of
administrative staff.
10. Accountant - preparing financial statements and tax returns Payroll administration and
income and expenditure control financial information auditing Reports, budgets, business
plans, commentaries, and financial statements must be compiled and presented. Accounts
and business plans are being scrutinized.
11. Site Engineer - They manage components of a construction project (also known as
packages), providing technical advice, supervising workers on the job site, and ensuring
that their packages are completed on time and within budget.
12. Surveyor – A surveyor determines the boundaries of a property by taking precise
measurements. They provide data relevant to their client or employer for engineering
industries, construction projects, and map making. By updating boundary lines and
preparing construction sites, a surveyor can help to avoid legal squabbles.
13. Civil Supervisor - are in charge of overseeing civil construction projects. They are in
charge of activities such as bridge construction, highway repair, and airport construction.
They are leaders who have advanced to this position through prior experience in civil
engineering and public works.
14. Safety Engineer - look for ways to prevent workplace accidents. They inspect buildings
and machines for hazards and safety violations, investigate accidents to determine what
caused them, and train workers to use safety equipment.
15. Structural Engineer – create structures that must withstand stresses and pressures
caused by human use and environmental conditions. They design structures, select
appropriate building materials, inspect construction work, and ensure that buildings and
structures are structurally sound.
16. Cost Estimator – collect and analyze data in order to estimate the amount of money,
time, materials, and labor needed to complete a construction project, provide a service, or
manufacture a product. Their job is to provide accurate estimates so that a project can be
completed on time and within budget.
17. Planning Engineer – determine and develop the most appropriate and cost-effective
construction and engineering methods for projects. They collaborate closely with site
managers and other engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and that
material supplies are adequate.
18. QA/QC - inspecting production equipment and employees to ensure that the
manufacturing process runs smoothly. Creating production plans that reduce the possibility
of mistakes occurring during production. Estimating the time required to ensure the quality
of each product. Project deadlines are met.
19. Cashier - responsibility of a Cashier is to assist customers with the in-store check-out
process. Ringing up sales, bagging items, requesting price checks, honoring coupons,
collecting payment, and giving appropriate change are the primary responsibilities.
