TAILR ACK WITH TOP PLATE

STEP 1:
MOUNTING TAIL RACK BASE:
Unbolt the rear bolt of grab-rail (1) using a matching Allen key. Now
Mount the top rack bracket (3) using a spacer (2) provided with the
kit. Use the M8 Bolt (5) and washer (4) provided with the kit to
mount the bracket (3).

(NOTE: USE OF THREAD LOCKER RECOMMENDED)

STEP 2:
MOUNTING SUPPORT BRACKETS: 1

Mount the Support Bracket(5) to the top rack plate(1). Remove the Tail
tidy bolt and mount it using M6 bolt(6) and washer(7). Once done,
mount the other end to the Baseplate using M6 CSK bolts(2), washer(3)
and Nylon Locknut(4).
STEP 3:
MOUNTING TOP PLATE ON THE BASE: 1

Once the Base Bracket (4) is mounted in place.

Mount the Aluminium Rack Plate (2) onto it using 10mm Spacers (3), M6
Allen bolts (1), washers(5) and M6 Nylon Lock Nuts (6)provided with the
kit in the configuration shown above.
