CANCELLATION OF DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Cancellation of Deed of Absolute Sale, made and entered this ___________________________, by
and between:

I, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Filipino, of legal age, married to Jose Ng So and with residence and postal
address at Brgy. xxx, hereafter referred to as the “VENDOR”
-and-
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Filipino, of legal age, married to Bernardo Arlanza and with residence and
postal address at Brgy. Mamarlao, San Carlos City Pangasinan referred to as the “VENDEE”

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on December 11, 2012, the parties executed a Deed of Sale over a parcel of land
specifically described as follows:
“A parcel of land (Lot xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, L. R. C. Record No. ________) situated at the Poblacion,
Rurban Code No. xxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxx, Bounded on NE., along line 5-1 by Lot 1292: on the SE., along line 1-
2 by Lot No. 1261; along line 2-3 by Lot 1260, all of xxxxx; on the SW,. and NW,. along line 3-4 & 4-5 by
Lot 1701-B of the subd. Plan. Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED (200) SQUARE METERS MORE OR
LESS. Covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 3xxxxx of the Register of Deeds xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”
The described property was entered into in the notarial book of Notary Public ATTY. xxxxx, as
Doc. No. 51, Page No. 12, Book No. VIII, Series of 2012:

WHEREAS, the parties wish to CANCEL, RESCIND AND ANNUL said Deed of Sale:

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby

unconditionally CANCEL, RESCIND AND ANNUL AND WITHOUT LEGAL EFFECT whatsoever the Deed of
Sale executed by the parties on December 11, 2012.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto signed this CANCELLATION OF DEED OF SALE this
