Contest Mechanics
1. The contest is open to ALL CLF and MAPEH GRADE 11 LEARNERS.
2. The Video Exhibit must fully contain the theme of the event.
3. Each participant may send only one (1) entry to the competition.
4. Video run-time should be between 3 minutes to 5 minutes.
5. Any video and sound editing tools and software may be used to enhance the video.
6. Formats must be in MP4 or High definition.
7. The concept of the Video Exhibit could be a short film, documentary, or educational feature.
8. Intro should include the name of the participant, and the strand, followed by the title of the Video
Exhibit.
9. Credits of the resources which you’ve used especially on the background music must be done at
the end of the video.
10. The entry may be submitted through:

Creativity or Originality 30%
(Entries must be the student’s own work, own words.
Video must reflect that the student has carefully examined
And though through the topic.)

 Does the student apply / address his/her video
exhibit to the theme presented?
 Is the video relevant?
 How compelling the video?
 Is the video presented in a logical sequence?

Technical Organization 30%

(How will is the video produced in regards to continuity,
timing, camera operation, sound quality, editing, and
adherence to time limit.)

Infographic Design
Contest Mechanics
1. The contest is open to ALL CLF, ENGLISH, and MAPEH GRADE 10 LEARNERS.
2. The infographic must fully contain the theme of the event.
3. Each participant may send only one (1) entry to the competition.
4. Infographic must fit into an A4 size (horizontally or vertically).
5. Any digital software may be used in creating and enhancing your infographic design.
6. Format must be provided both PNG and AI formats (SVG or ESP also acceptable).
7. Infographic must include the name and grade level of the participant which must be done in the
lowermost right – side.
8. The entry must be uploaded through our Facebook page with the #YearofSt.Joseph hashtag.
9. Submit your infographic design through E – mail in both PNG and AI formats (SVG or ESP also
acceptable) to _________________________. Please note, sending separate incomplete emails will lead to
the loss of opportunity of winning the contest.
10. All entries must be submitted on or before ______________________, 2021.
