Goal Setting Format For New Joiners MB 2421
Performance Goal :Performance Goal should be in line with the KRA and KPI of the role. Ideal Goal is
SMART (SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound). The number of Goal should be
between 3 to 5. The Goal setting shpuld be initiated by the employee in conversation with the Supervisor. The
Supervisor should calibrate the Goal in line with the function/vertical goal. The Goal should be signed with in
15 days of joining.Goal will be assessed in 6 months time as part of Confirmation Appraisal.
