How Can We Memorize?

1) Firstly read carefully

2) Then start memorizing and read again and again

3) Repeat it to yourself and write it down

Three step to memorize speech

1) Read it two time

2) Speak it to 10 time
3) Write it 2 time

Benefits:
1) It’s makes speech perfect

2) It give us confidence

3) It’s makes our speech easy for audience to understand

4) It’s helps speaker to move around stage and maintain eye contact

Conclusion:
Sum it up memorization is important part in delivering a speech
Draw backs of memorization:
Many people think memorizing their speeches will ensure
success, but “It’s a terrible idea” says Dr Genard , auther of “Fearless Speaking”.

Reciting a speech from memory give speaker canned quality and distance from listener.

1) Dull & drab:

When we are giving a speech which we memorize in our mind and suddenly
we forget our some part speech then we lost confidence which make our speech dull and drab.

2) Mind remain engaged:

Memorizing method is a method in which first write on page
and then memorize it. During oral speaking our mind remain engage in memorizing the word or speech
that we memorize. And speaker looks like a parrot. Actually he does not know about audience what they
are doing.

3) Lost credibility:

Credibility:
Ability of speaker to attracts audience

When speaker giving a speech and suddenly he forget some part of his speech he forget his way of
delivering speech. He lost eye contact with listener and his attention from his speech. Remembring in
front of audience had bad effects on speaker personality. In this way speaker unable to attract audience
properly and also unable to get proper response.

4) Lost inflection in voice:

When speaker giving presentation and suddenly he forget his
data then he is un able to produce inflection in his voice. Inflection means ups and down in our voice
which produce during speaking.
 5) Odd body movement:
As speaker lost confidence after forgetting he start
remembering word in front of audience which leads toward body movement i-e quick movement on
stage , change of direction of eye from listener to roof or ground.

How to improve memorization::

To improve memorization for oral presentation to rock
on stage stage required following step

1) Rehearse the data:

When we rehearse our data which we memorize help us to
produced inflection in voice.

2) Increase vocabulary:
Its means that if there are some difficult word in our speech and
we think we can forget these word on stage we must prepare some other that are related to each other.
Like crammer and swotter related to each other.

3) Made visual adds

We must draw some important heading on

chart which help us to remember important point easily in front of
audience which we forget.
