The following documents are required to be carried for verification when appearing for the GE-PIWAT process:
1. SNAP 2019 Test Admit Card
2. SIIB GE-PIWAT Call Letter 2020
3. Original and self-attested photocopy of Photo Identity Proof (Passport / Driving License / PAN Card / Aadhar Card)
4. Original and self-attested photocopy of Std. X, Std. XII, Graduation mark sheets (All Semesters) and Graduation Degree &
Passing Certificate.
5. Original and self-attested photocopy of Caste / Category Certificate (SC / ST / Differently Abled / Kashmiri Migrant) (if
applicable)
6. Original and self-attested photocopy of work experience certificate issued by the Company on Company letter head. In case
you are still working then provide your appointment letter and latest salary slip. (if applicable)

PLEASE NOTE:

1. DO NOT SUBMIT THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES (CATEGORY AND / OR ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES) DURING THE GE-PIWAT 2020
PROCESS.
2. ONLY SUBMIT ONE SET OF SELF ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUMENTS.
3. IN THE ABSENCE OF PRODUCTION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUMENTS, THE CENTRE HEAD'S DECISION WILL BE
FINAL.

IMPORTANT: Candidates should note that an authenticated SNAP 2019 & SIIB GE-PIWAT Admit card 2020 is an important
document without which the candidate will not be permitted to appear for further selection processes of SIU. If the SIIB GE-PIWAT
Admit card 2020 is lost, a duplicate GE-PIWAT Admit card will not be issued. It should be retained till the admission process is over.
