CORE was founded in 2011 by Sheema Sultan, the current branch in Ocean Tower, Clifton, is
the first multi-function full-service facility in Pakistan. Spread out over one 15,000 square floor,
14 stories high up in the Ocean Tower office building, Clifton. The service model is designed for

all levels of fitness and lifestyles. A wide variety of training and studio services that have been
researched and qualified from all over the world with proven results.
Core Fitness is located on 14th floor, Ocean Tower. Plot G-3, Block 9, Scheme #5. Main Clifton
Road Block 9 Clifton, Karachi, Karachi City, Sindh 77550.
CORE is designed to be an exclusive fitness sanctuary, providing members with a truly unique
fitness environment. It has coupled all the training tools and lifestyle experiences required to
maintain the vision of a strong and well-balanced experience.

AQ FITNESS RESPONSE RATE AND COMMUNICATION VERSUS
ITS COMPETITOR

In order to check the response rate of AQ fitness and its competitors we approached all the three
brands through their social media page i.e. Facebook, messages were being dropped and the
response rate, communication ways were being observed. Following are the questions which are
asked:
1. Timings of the gym
2. Packages that are being offered with or without trainer
3. Other branch in the city apart from the mentioned one
4. Discount offered if one brings a member with himself/herself

AQ FITNESS
AQ fitness communication entails the automated reply as soon as the customer sends them a
message. Apart from this the response rate took the time of around 1.5 hour and the question
which were asked not all of them were answered properly.

K7 FITNESS & KICKBOXING ACADEMY


The response rate and the communication of K7 fitness and kickboxing academy is not strong as
that compared to AQ Fitness. Answers to the queries were given after the time span of more than
20 hours.
Hence, the brand communication along with its response timing to customer queries is slower.
An automated reply is already set as soon as the message was sent which does not leave a good
impact sometimes to the customers.

CORE FITNESS
Although core fitness responded to our queries at very minimal amount of time but when a
slightly different question was been asked it was observed that the brand previous reply was
automated and which did not answered all our questions.

Instead of telling the price range the brand linked us to their main website in order to get more
detail regarding the fitness center.
