Two curiosities about me. I won to awards, in in life, that I feel honored about it. The fist one
was an award of distinction in a drawing course. The second one was a bronze medal in a
Portuguese National pole vault championship.

Your Restaurant shows you are looking for a person that likes challenges and is passionate
about culinary in broad sense, in particular fine dinning. I have been exploring your work and it
really interests me. Your plates presentations are equilibrated.

I felt that I should apply for this position, because I feel I can develop the competencies I
learned at Humber College. I consider having already some qualities that will add value to,
culinary team, like teamwork, organization and I consider my knowledge in Portuguese / Italian
cuisine a benefit.

I express through this letter all the availability for a further contact where I can expose more
about myself and the work I do. It would be genuinely nice to meet you in person.

Profile: I am a Luso-Canadian student, that is enthusiastic about art. I received an


award of distinction in Drawing course in Portugal. After that I study architecture in Lisbon,
Porto and Halifax (Canada). Now I decide to study other art, Culinary. I like to cook, and plating
is one of my favourite chores. I work in a Portuguese restaurant in Leiria, Portugal (2019).
