what happened right here, in days of old,
when the railway opened up the Rocky
Mountains to Canada’s West Coast. As
vibrant colours pass by outside, you feel
a renewed appreciation for the pristine
beauty of the landscape.

The scent of seasonal ingredients lets


you know when lunchtime has arrived. A
delicious three-course meal is served at
your seat and you decide you want the
day to go on forever. After a late afternoon
snack, the sun will begin to set as the day’s
journey comes to an end, but the enjoyment
