 Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.

Duties and responsibilities

• Administration and co-ordination of internal training programmed.


• Fulfillment of additional duties as required.
• Developing an induction programmed for new employees.
• Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience of volunteer recruitment, retention and development is desirable.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Organized and methodical approach to administration and record keeping
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
