To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing in support of Daimien Manzo for employment opportunities. Daimien has been a
student athlete at El Capitan High School all four years competing in wrestling for one year
and has been a key player on our football team for all four years. He’s also in academic clubs
such as CSF and AVID for all four years. He knows what it takes to be a Gaucho.

Daimien is attending UC Merced in hopes to get his degree in business, there is no doubt in
my mind he will achieve his goal. He has worked diligently at school to earn a GPA of 3.9.
He has been accepted into all the 8 colleges he has applied for. This is a testament to his
character, he is disciplined and determined to reach his goals. Daimien is a leader, ambitious,
& a reliable person. Daimien has extremely good work ethic as well. Everyday he attends
football practice and right after goes to his part time job. Nobody has better work ethic than
Daimien in my eyes.

If given the opportunity, I am sure Daimien will meet, if not exceed the requirements needed
to complete his goals. His determination stands above all the rest. I have no doubt Daimien
will be a valuable asset to you, and I give him my highest recommendation.
