"Online learning is not the next big thing, it is the now big thing” by Donna J. Abernathy. Well, it
is now become the big thing ever since the Covid-19 pandemic started to increase. However, this has
led to other educational of learning system which is online education which is also known as online
learning. It is an undeniable fact that there are many advantages that the students will receive by
doing this online system’s learning. However, when attempting to learn in an online learning, there
are also numerous difficulties faced by students.

Firstly, is about the struggle of adaptability of students. For students, moving on from conventional
classroom and face-to-face learning to computer-based learning in a virtual classroom makes the
learning process feels radically different. Other than that, getting used to computer-based kind of
education methods takes time for us students too.

Next problem is about technical issues. The high amount used of electronics and strong internet
connection are needed for online courses and is not given to many students. Thus, some students
fail to keep up with their virtual classmates. Well, it technically because of their poor monitors that
make it difficult to follow the online learning system and their learning experience becomes
problematic. In addition, some of us students don't even have our own computers.

Other than that, one of the most famous problem that I think students have trouble with is time
management and it is obviously considered as individual issue. Time management for e-learners is a
challenging challenge, since online courses take a great deal of time and hard work. Then, some of us
students also like to procrastinate and waste our time. This happens frequently when the due of
tasks given by teachers are long.

On a final note, there are many challenges which students face when it comes to online learning.
And some of those challenges are the adaptability, technical issues and time management. We need
to remember that every difficulty always has a way in solving it.
