SUBJECT DBM Project DIME Workshop for Convergence Projects Updates

(DepEd School Building, DA Farm-to-Market Road and DOH
Health Facilities Enhancement Program)

This has reference to the email of Ma. Loran C. Hipolito, Information Technology Officer I of
DIME-DBM, sent to Engr. John Paul T. Gascon, this office dated November 09, 2020 (copy
attached), relative to our memorandum dated June 06, 2019 (copy attached), submitting the
updated template to be used for the above - mentioned subject.

In order to enhance the Digital Information for Monitoring and Evaluation (DIME) of DBM for
convergence projects, you are directed to submit Quarterly Reports to the Regional Office for
consolidation and submit to DBM (2F Boncodin Hall, General Solano Street, San Miguel, Manila),
using the prescribed template to be send to your respective DPWH outlook email.

Dear Engr. John Paul,

Good Day!

I hope this e-mail finds you well. I am Ma. Loran Hipolito from DBM Project DIME. We met last September
2019 during our meeting held at your office, together with Assistant Secretary Antonio V. Molano Jr., our
partners from BMBs A, E and F, where we tackled the programs being monitored under Project DIME.

Since January 2020, we are receiving hard copies of the DPWH projects reports update from several
regions for DepEd school building, DA FMR Road, and DOH Health Facilities Enhancement Program.
Previously, we had received a soft copy of raw data from DPWH through BMB F, with the latest data
update as of December 2019.

As agreed during the Planning Workshop for Converging Agencies of the Project DIME, we would like to
request from your good office to send us a soft copy in an excel format of the 2016-2019 DPWH
Projects Quarterly updates for this year 2020 using our agreed template for our monitoring purposes so
as to avoid inconsistent input and to ensure completeness of data.

Reference is made to the herein letter of Secretary Janet B. Abuel, Department of Budget
and Management (DBM) dated May 24, 2019 copy attached, regarding the Project DIME
Workshop for convergence projects implemented by Department of Public Works and
Highways conducted on April 3, 2019 together with the officials and staffs of Department
of Agriculture (DA), Education (DepEd) and Health (DOH).

Please be reminded of the agreements reached among agencies during the said workshop
for the additional informations to be included in the monthly reports, including the date of
submission to concerned agencies. These additional informations should be inputted by
concerned DE's thru their Project Engineers/Monitoring Engineers in updating the status of
their projects in the Project and Contract Management Application (PCMA).
