1. GRAVEL, SUB BASE: Supply and collection to well grade gravel compaction
of collected good gravel using 8 – 10 power road roller. Watering and
keeping the rolled surface 150 mm compacted.

2. WBM LAYER:
A) WBM 65 mm metal 1st layer loose 100mm compaction 75 mm thickness
B) WBM 40 mm metal 2nd layer loose 90mm compaction 70 mm thickness.

3. S.W.G.PIPE LINE: Supply and laying of SWG pipe as per the requirement
such as 8 inch, 6 inch dia including earth work. Black filling completed two
sides.

4. P.C.C KERBES: Providing PCC Kerb stones both side of Roads with mix using
6mm chips and Dust filling the beams with good quality gravels.

5. WATER SUPPLY LINE: Supply and laying of HDPE water supply lines of 2”, 1”
Dia pipes including earth work excavation and Labour charges.

6. ELECTRICITY:

a). Electricity work providing the electricity poles and erecting as per the
TSCPDCL Rules.
b). Providing the Aluminum conductor and pulling the conductor.
c). Commissioning of the Electrical lines.
d). Five wires line (WITH OUT TRANSFORMER).

7). SEPTIC TANK: Construction of septic tank as per the requirements and
the size 20’ x 15’ x10’ the septic tank earth work excavation, P.C.C, C.R.S
Masonry wall Plastering work and R.C.C slab over the tank and providing
necessary air went systems complete.

8). B.T.ROAD: Providing 25mm thick mix seal surface by using 6mm size
metal hot mix grade bitumen including cost and conveyance of all materials
to site, labour charges etc rolling complete for finished item of works.

9). Plantation on both sides of the roads.

10). Park Developments as per DTCP Requirements.

RATE: Rs 450/- (Four Hendren Fifty rupees only) per Each SYDS. On plotted
area the above rate is inclusive of Labour charges, material cost, and
completion in all aspects.
