ORDER

THIS CAUSE came before the Court for a trial by jury. The trial was conducted from April 12,
2021 through April 16, 2021. The jury, having been duly empaneled, sworn and charged by the
Court according to the law, upon their oaths do say:

"We, the jury, find the Defendant, Terry Dale Amerson, GUILTY of the offense of Felony
Murder."

Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Defendant is found to be guilty of Felony Murder. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that the charge of Robbery in the 1st Degree be and is hereby dismissed.

It is FURTHER ORDRERED that the Defendant shall be taken into custody and held in the
Limestone County Jail until further Order of the Court.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the sentencing hearing in this matter is set for June 2, 2021 at
9:00 am.
