Front Desk Activities
Writing a Postcard
● Every visitor who tours UofSC gets a
personalized postcard
● Writing postcards are one of the main
activities that you will be completing at the
front desk
Postcards
Sending a Mailing ● Sometimes visitors will request for
more information.
Packet ● To send the packet you will need to:
○ Fill out the form located at the front
desk (in the QUICC)
○ Get a mailing packet from Robyn
and write a note based off the script
at the front desk.
○ Address the packet to the visitor
and place it in the ready to mail slot
in Robyn’s office
