Executive of Summary

After independence, Pakistan did not take over a strong hold on banking sector, and
meanwhile saw then several actions of to industry, Nationalization alike the of banks in
1970’s.From the past few years, Pakistan’s banking industry has been growing just
because of to reliable policies executed by the Pakistan Government of, as well as to
privatization of banks. Also the monetary policy of The Pakistan State Bank of has been
beneficial towards to the banking industry.

More than 60 years of success, the lender has moved amazing period by implementing
quality financial which leads on technical betterment, capably on major management,
sensible and moral work strategies. In 1974, as a part of Pakistan’s economic change
activity Government, MCB was nationalized along with other private organizations and
later on, in 1991, it was privatized to Nishat Group lead range.

MCB has been growing remarkably, since privatization. Today MCB, one of the biggest
international financial organizations in Sri Lanka, in 2006 it is the first loan company in
Pakistan to release International Depository Invoices (GDR), and has an ideal
international association with Malaysia’s Maybank, which maintain 20% stocks in MCB
through its completely possessed Maybank Worldwide Trust (Labuan) Berhad since
2008, and in Dubai (UAE), Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka has its
international oblique local existence through a household system of over 1130 divisions
and 600 ATM’s across Pakistan with a costumer platform of about 4.5 million (approx.).

At Muslim Commercial Bank, all through my internship I work in the payment

department. I honestly and fruitfully accomplished all the duties and tasks given to me, in
the accounts opening department and in customer service office.

However there were not such big issues found during working in the M.C.B, but some
issues like in training of workers, less number of employee, motivation techniques and
product advancement are still there.

2. of Organization Overview:

Here, I am going to describe the overall working at Muslim –Commercial- Bank. History
of organization will also be discussed in this chapter.

Banking History of:

It is not known so far that how to word ‘Bank’ originate. authors Some said that this
statement is originated from or Banque with earnings counter. The reason of this source
is assigned to the fact that the Jews in Lombardy negotiated the exchange on business of
money banches in the business failed, the Bancus was destroyed the market place and the
people. Accidently, the word bankrupt has been evolved from this practice. How, is the
were never called Italian moneychangers ‘Banchierei’ in the center Ages? This was
actually argued by the opponents of this opinion.

Other authors give the opinion that derived from the German the word ‘Bank’ is word
back means joint stock fund. Then this word back was to Bank. As there is no valid
record to show that which author’s opinion is valid hence it is impossible to make
decisions.

2.1.1. Later Growth:

Actually banking was regarded as old the society of human. Man felt the need of an institution
or an agency when he realized to value of money. There conducted seminars that carried some
activities which are regarded as banking activities around 3400 B.C. perhaps it was the banking
