 Introduction:
Preschooler years is commonly known as “the years before formal schooling
begins”, it roughly cover 3-5 years of age. These years in child is very important as
it lays foundation to later development.

 Big Ideas about the physical development of preschoolers
 Significant changes in physical growth
 Gross and Fine motor development
 Artistic development
 Nutrition and Sleep
 A quick look at what they can do
 The Role of caregivers in the growth and development of the Preschooler
