DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY: Activity to be written and explained

Dogs are kind, loving, and compassionate – they forgive everything and never hold a
grudge. I love dogs because they are friendly and cute. They are also loyal and
trustworthy to their owners. I relate my personality with dogs because I am also kind and
loving to other. Friendly and loyal by nature. One can trust me blindly.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITY: To judge the level of stress in our lives with the
help of a psychometric test.

high degree of stress.

• 76 – 100: A score in this range suggests that you may be experiencing a very high
degree of stress.

Result: I scored in the range of 26-50 which indicate that I may be experiencing a low to
moderate degree of stress.
