Installation Guide of Stainless Steel Pipe and Multicore

Pipe Penetration Firestop Sealing System

Different size multicore pipe is wrapped

with the suitable HK-G type intumescent
1 sleeve, and sleeve’s length is less than
110mm.

The two types 27/19 and 19/12 HK-G

intumescent firestop filler sleeves are

2 used to fill the remaining spaces. HK-M

type intumescent firestop sealant is used

to seal the two ends of pipe coaming.

HK-M type intumescent firestop sealant

is required to be more than 20mm. The
sealant shall fully fill the two ends of pipe
3 steel coaming, especially the space
between multicore pipe and multicore
pipe.

Multicore pipe firestop sealing penetra-

tion will achieve to A60 class with great

4 water and gas tightness after HK-M type

intumescent sealant cured completely.
