THIS IS HOW I PLAY!

What you need:

 Recycled Materials (e.g.: Plastic Bottles, Empty Containers, Rubber Bands, Shoe Box, etc.)
 Video-camera

What to do:

 Make a Do it Yourself (DIY) Musical Instrument/s out of recycled materials that can be
found in your home such as Plastic Bottles, Empty Containers, Rubber Bands, Shoe Box,
etc.)
 Shoot a short video of you using your DIY Musical Instrument through singing your
favorite song.
 In your video, introduce first yourself and your section and explain your DIY Musical
Instrument using these guide questions:
o How did you make/come up with that Musical Instrument?
o What are the recycled materials you used to come up with this?
o How is this Musical Instrument played? How is the sound produced?
 Post it in your social media account (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter) and tag me.

 You will be graded based on the following rubric:

Sound Quality The student produced good-quality sounds on his/her DIY

(20 pts.) musical instrument and explained how the sound is produced.
Presentation/Demonstratio The student presented his/her song number with the
n (20 pts.) accompaniment of his/her DIY Musical Instrument and packed
with emotions and facial expressions.
Resourcefulness and The student came up with an instrument which is well-
Creativity constructed and creative out of recycled materials.
