 INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES
(Read carefully before filling the form)
1. The admission form and three recent passport size photographs should be attested by the Principal of
RITE / Camp Centre.
2. The failed candidate must submit the DMC of the last examination with the examination admission
form.
3. Fresh candidate must attach the attested copies of CNIC, academic and professional certificates / degrees
and original service certificates with the examination admission form.
4. Two self-addressed envelopes duly stamped of Rs:20/- each for dispatch of Roll No. & correspondence.
5. Service certificate must be countersigned by the concerned DEO.
6. The original and photocopy of the Bank Draft/Challan must be attached with the Examination
Admission Form.
7. Bank Draft must be filled in favour of Assistant Director Examination DCTE at PITE Peshawar in
NBP of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
8. Admission fee on Challan form other than NBP Mirch Mandi Charsadda Road Peshawar will not be
accepted.
9. Admission fee by Money Order/Cheque shall not be accepted.
10. A candidate failing in one or more subjects or fail to get 40% marks in aggregate will be considered as
failed.
11. Roll number to the candidate is provisionally allotted. In case of any false statement or wrong entry are
found at a later stage, his/her Roll number or even the entire examination of such candidate will be
cancelled.
