Executive Summary
Golden Fiber Company will run with the objective of making jute made products easily available
to anyone who is interested in India. We will sell only jute made products from Bangladesh such
as jute bags, jute laptop bags, jute backpack bags, jute tote bags, jute sofa, jute bed, jute pencil
pouch, jute lunch bag etc.Our major concentrations are to play roll as an export house for
Foreign customers as well as to promote classic green product of Bangladesh. Our
responsibilities are to ensure product Quality and on time release for shipment as per
customers Requirement. In addition, wealways carryspecial care for our valuedcustomers’
satisfaction. We believe In completion as well as ready to take challenge to meet

The History of the Concept or Business:

We are the management team of our Exporting shopping Business Company always wanted to
do something by our own. And we were continuously searching something that we can do. The
team finally comes up with a plan of making a company with the objective of making jute made
products easily available to anyone in India. The reason behind this kind of business is that we
always wanted to make jute made products more famous worldwide. Being a neighbor country
India is our first choice for exporting. And the management team has also thought the
customers to know about our Bangladeshi jute made products and an opportunity to use these
products. So they will be benefitted by this company. We have decided to sell as jute bags, jute
laptop bags, jute backpack bags, jute tote bags, jute sofa, jute bed, jute pencil pouch, jute lunch
bag, jute carpets, jute rugs, jute matt, jute durries, jute stylish storage baskets, jute chair, jute
mattress, jute hammocks, jute stool, portable jute bed, jute hanging chair, jute room divider,
jute shoe rack, jute wall hangings, jute lamp shades, jute flower, jute jewelry, jute ladies Karta,
jute slippers, jute sandals. The name of the company will be Golden Fiber.

The Market the Business Will Serve:

Golden Fiber Company is targeting the customers who are interested to buy jute made
products but obviously in a reasonable price. As now a day’s jute made products are highly
appreciated and maximum people use it in India, so it will be easier for the company to grab
these customers. So we have picked them as a market. And they can know the every detail
about the products before buying from our staff. Those who know more about it also can be
the target market. And by target market the company meant the segment of the population to
which we intend to sell products and services.

Basically it’s a retailing business. But we can also say it’s also a service business. As we will also

We have segmented our market in the basis of Geographic and Demographic segmentation. In
demographic segmentation the market is divided into groups on the basis of age, family size,
gender, income, occupation, social class.

 Age: 15-19, 20-36, 37-42 and above but we will mainly focus on the age between 15 to
36.
 Occupations: For all occupations mostly the students, middle age people, corporate
people, service holder, Businessman.

Marketing planning is further use to spread the name of company to escalating the sales of
products and also make the business interesting. As India is a foreign country to us, so that it
will be more competitive for us. It’s very important to put together a game plan. We need a
brand name or identity to attract the consumers and we also attract the consumers by
advertising and promotion.

Strategy Marketing Objective:

 To build unique distribution system that provides equity at low cost.

Golden Fiber company business. These are all ideas that we will need to come up with as every
business tends to have different strategies to get social with potential consumers. One great
idea in going social is promote contest.

Display Advertising: Many small/medium internet retailers may think display advertising is very
costly and not effective, but to the contrary, it may just be pretty reasonably priced and pretty
efficient.

Also we can publicly advertise our business like:

We will do many things to attract the consumers to buy our products but if the consumers get

occasions such as Eid, Puja, Bangla Noboborsho. Exploits special occasion since this is the time
where related demandable products are more salable.

Conclusion
Our topic for the business plan was “JUTE”. We studied about jute production, history,
distribution, processing, and its various use and application. It is a natural fiber obtained from
bark of the jute plant and made to manufacture a lot of products through different interesting
process. By doing the business plan we came to know the importance of jute and further need
of this golden fiber. By using jute product we can also keep our environment keep clean and
keep away from pollution. Our company “Golden Fiber” produces many kinds of jute products
like, jute bags, jute laptop bags, jute backpack bags, jute tote bags, jute sofa, jute bed, jute
pencil pouch, jute lunch bag etc.

In this business plan our main objective is maximizing our profit as a company. We (Golden
Fiber Company) want to be the number one company all over the world for manufacturing jute
products. “So use jute product to save yourself”.
