1. ABSTRACT

1.1 Problem
As we know the décor is a fundamental requirement nowadays for running businesses. You are
currently looking for a qualified décor company to create a new look of your restaurant. You
prefer such designs which are inimitable, attractive to customers and are in trend. You are
looking for such a décor company that will change your remote building, its interior and

The purpose of this proposal is to provide best décor services to your restaurant. With the help of

will surely fruitful. With modish and innovative ideas, we will turn your dream into the reality.

Your restaurant is facing three major issues:

Our company’s objective is not only to gain profit but also satisfy our customers. Throughout the
project, our company focuses on the preferences of the client. Our main goal in this project is to
provide you with the services you have asked. We will definitely give you extraordinary
outcome by our sincere efforts towards this project. During all this process, we assure you that
our team will follow SOPs to prevent the spread of Corona virus.

2.1. PROBLEMS

You are looking for a qualified décor company which will solve your following problems.

2.2.1 Ancient look of entrance and antiquated interior


As a Décor company, we understand that modish layout of your restaurant is a basic need now.
As the world is developing, people demand such places where they can take pictures and record
their memories with a trendy background. We have perceived that your ancient entrance and
antiquated interior design is the reason of your decreasing popularity and attraction by the
customers.
 It is affecting your sales and popularity in the market which causes loss to your
restaurant.
 This remote building is a reason of changing customer’s preferences because with the
quality meal they also need a modish place to sit.

The modification of your restaurant is also relies on changing its outmoded furniture. Your
restaurant’s furniture is entirely outdated. Most of the furniture has broken as you are using this
for about 20+ years. Customers demand to dine in, on such places where they can sit comfortably
too. Restaurant is a place where people come to get rid of their depression and make memorable
moments with their family and friends. In these circumstances, people restrain to come in such

Another problem which you are facing is that there are only a few décor companies in a town
with high charges. As anyone knows, that inflation is rising day by day, it is very difficult to pay
extra charges for the décor.
 Some companies’ charges are extremely high just because of their popularity among the
society.
 Most of the companies work only to generate revenues and more profit, but not to satisfy
their customers.
You should look for such a company which will understand all your requirements and provide
you with those results which will satisfy you in a very reasonable price.

session, we will present you different décor options that how will your restaurant look like in
future. We will consider all those changings that you have made in the presented décor options.
After the final approval, our team will make contracts with different architects to start working
on the implementation of the proposed project. Our team is very passionate about delivering

Prices and payment


 Our price is fixed; the client must have to follow the cost table.
 10% GST are collected on your total bill.
 50% of the payment is deposited before the starting of project.

Privacy Concerns
 We assure you that we will not share any kind of information with any third party.
Client responsibilities:
 As we are working for you so there is a responsibility on you that you have to
cooperate with our team so they can accomplish their task.

Sharing with other contractors:


 We are going to design your interior so in this regard we have to share your contact
and address details with different professionals like architect, laborers and
electricians.

 We guarantee you that we will keep an eye on all those workers during the whole
process.

Cancellation policy
 If you want to cancel the deal with us, you have to do this within a week after an
interview.
 If you will cancel the order after one week, then 20% of your payment is not
refunded.

Delay of project:
 If the project will not be completed in the given time, then we will give you a
discount of 10%.

10. CONCLUSION
