FAQ’s for Climate Counsellor

 As a climate Counsellor what’s my role?

 As a Climate Counsellor your key role is to spread awareness about Green (R)evolution and get
participants registered for the program. You can also make use of e-posters and write-ups for
online promotions.

 How will I get Promotional material? (offline & online)

 On My Account Page, you will find all the required documents and e-posters for promotions &
registering your participants, simultaneously, you can also request the Hard copy of promotional
materials. You can also get in contact with your Project Coordinator through the no. available on
their Introduction email that will be mailed to you after the Selection email.
(Note: Login credential to my account page is shared in the selection mail).

 Is there any charges for the Promotional Materials?

 No charges are applicable for promotional materials, you will be only paying the courier charges
of Rs.100/- to get the hardcopy of poster & brochures delivered to you.

 What is Survey link used for?

 The initial step for you as a Climate Counsellor is to generate data. For this activity, a survey link
will be shared with you in your Selection email. You need to share this link among your network.
The Data of Interested leads will be emailed to you, so you can contact and guide them to register
for the Green (R) evolution program.

 What is Advance Program?

 An Advanced Online Program on Global Warming is available exclusively for those who have
completed Green (R) evolution Basic Certification Program. The Registration fee is Rs. 650/-
and Rs. 100/- will be given as a stipend.

 What do I need to do if someone wants to get registered for the Green (R) evolution
program?
 Collect Registration fees of Rs.750/- and mandatory details of the participants as mentioned in
the Registration form (available in your my account page)

 After the submission of registration form and details when will I receive the study
material?

 Once the Registration form and fee is submitted; Green (R) evolution Global Program Books and
Activity Material will be dispatched & delivered within 10 working days by courier. Consignment
details will be mailed to you.
 What will that study material consist of?
 You will receive a set of Green (R)evolution study material containing A5 size illustrated Book,
10 Blooming pencils/wristbands & leaflets

 What are the activities that the participants have to perform?

 The Activities are mainly based on the course in which the participant enrolls.

Basic Course Advance Course

Plant A Seed Activity Wear A Change Activity

As a part of compulsory activity, all the basic
program participants will have to promote the
plant-able pencils for Rs. 25/- each . The fund
collected by the participants after performing
the activity has to be submitted to ICCE. The
Funds are used for Social Activities. If Pencils are
not promoted it has to be returned to ICCE for
dispatch of the certificates. Extra grades are
provided for the promotions of extra pencils.
As a part of compulsory activity, all the advance
program participants will have to promote the
seed-paper wristbands for Rs. 15/- each.The fund
collected by the participants after performing
the activity has to be submitted to ICCE. The
Funds are used for Social Activities. If Wristbands
are not promoted it has to be returned to ICCE
for dispatch of the certificates. Extra grades are
provided for the promotions of extra wristbands.

 How the Exams will be conducted?

 Assessment will be through online exam per group. The test will contain 10 Objective type
Questions & score such as “A+”, “A”, “B” and “B+” will be awarded. Similarly, grades will be
provided for the Plant-a-seed/Wear-a-Change activity.

 When will I receive the certificates?

 On completing all the procedure i.e., the mandatory activity submission, the online test and
Grade Sheet approval, Green (R) evolution Program Certificates, Medallions etc. . Will be sent to
the Climate Counsellor. Advance Course Participants won't be eligible for College Topper
nominations.

 What are my benefits?

 You will Receive the Internship Letter, A Free Course, and a stipend of Rs. 50/- per registration
(i.e. approx. 6.5% per registration) for 24 registrations. On submission of more than 24
registrations, the stipend would be doubled to Rs. 100/- per registration (i.e. approx. 13% per
registration). All the benefits will be provided after 15 days of successful completion of your
internship. The stipend amount can be used as a reimbursement for administrative purposes.
