Questions about the trainee:

1. Training history and previous experience?

(what do you do or have done and for how long)

2. History of injuries and fractures and current physical limitations and pain.

3. Habits: Sleeping, eating, smoking, coffee…

(We can go through this part in the conversation and see how much needs to be modified. The
priority is sleep and quality nutrition.)

4. How many days a week can you realistically set aside for training and how much time per
workout?

(Eg 3 times a week for 90 min.)

Training questions:

1. Short-term and long-term goal? There may be more.

(eg in the short term - to strengthen the joints or bring the pain in the shoulders under control,

(Long-term - 10 plus joints, standing on your hands for 10 seconds, more muscle mass and / or
feeling more mobile in your body, getting rid of back pain, touching the floor with your fingers in a
forward bend, etc.…)

2. Movement - how do you move? I will send you movements that you will record for me as you
perform.

(Stretch test, Core test, Strength test)

3. What equipment do you have at your disposal?

(Joint bar, parallel bars, weights / dumbbells / weights, elastic band, piltes ball, stick / broom, wall….)
