2. Configuration HEATER ON delay time : Range 1~60 sec( Default : 60sec)
Press the SET button to start setting, use UP/DOWN button to change
(1) Front (Bezel plate : PC material) the setting value, and press the SET button to finish
(4) Overcurrent protection
If the overcurrent limit value is exceeded, the motor MC is switched off.
In case of over current, an error message appears on the FND display,
and TRIP LED ON and MOTOR MC OFF. Press SET button at this time
to cancel.

(5) Digital output(DO) operation button


Motor run (HEATER ON) button makes MC ON.
Motor stop (HEATER OFF) button makes MC OFF.
The HEATER and MOTOR MC can not be turned ON at the same time.
The motor RUN button is operatable when the heater is ON, but the heater
N/OFF button can not be active
(6) Digital Input(DI)
The motor can be controlled by receiving Digital Input (Remote signal)
by DI Port at rear terminal
①Setting key TRIP operation is available by receiving FAULT signal input of external sensor.
-UP&DOWN : Set value *TRIP : Error message, TRIP ON, M-MC OFF
(7) The average value of two current inputs is indicated, and the overcurrent
-SET : Save set value protection activated by value.

5. Setting Precedure (3) Overcurrent Delay time
① Press 'SET'button to see as below. Then the setting value
(1) CT ratio of Overcurrent Delay time starts flickering.

6. Others
(1) How to reset 'RUN HOUR'
When press DOWN(▼)button more than one sec, the data of running
time resets to '0'.
(2) Over Current Limit (2) Error message

Press 'SET' button to move flickering position to a digit of 1000. ※ If the error is occured as shown above, Motor is stopped (M-MC OFF)
Press ▲/UP, ▼/DOWN button to change the number of flickering digit. and the message will be shown. For this case, press the SET button
to release the error message, then return to normal mode.

③ Save setting value
Press 'SET' button to save the setting and move on to the next step.
