He is very proactive. He immediately started working on the performance task and got the group
together the moment it was posted. He assigned roles perfectly, focused on the strengths that each
member had to offer, had patience and understanding, and was very flexible. His leadership and
guidance was essential to us completing this performance task and without him, we probably wouldn’t
have completed it as efficiently.
