various leadership capacities for Owens Primary including Teacher, Teacher Support Provider, and
Lead Teacher for her grade level.

Martha’s strong work ethic, organizational skills, and leadership abilities is well documented. I have
had the privilege to work directly with Martha for the past two years. She has been a part strong
professional development to support her colleagues, she has supported students who had emotional
breakdowns throughout her grade level, and supported the Multi-Tiered System of Support we have
at our school. She also assisted in Team for Student Success meetings with me.

Mrs. Naranjo is a valuable asset to any school site and organization in which she serves. She is
knowledgeable, dependable, organized, and exhibits strong instructional leadership abilities. Her
experience in her Master’s Program has facilitated her own professional growth and learning which
positively affects the school sites and most importantly the students. She makes decisions that will
always put students at the priority and forefront; to ensure students are successful.

I believe Mrs. Naranjo is qualified to effectively help lead a school as an administrator. She brings a
wealth of curriculum knowledge, expertise, and a strong work ethic that will benefit any campus. If
