2 Scopes are as indicated on GA’s and parts drawings.

3 WPS,WPQR,ITPs approved and issued
4 Material check prior to installation. Each piece appropriately match
marked / columns, bracings, purlins, etc…

5 Surface treatment checked prior to installation and identified.

6 Cleats / hole centre’s checked before installation.
7 Ensure corrective measures are in place to appropriately repair any
misaligned holes prior to installation.

8 Allow for grouting before installation. (Packers installed) / grout

after columns installed and or portion of structure stiffened.

9 Check alignments and plumb erected steel.

10 Bolting to grade 8.8.
11 Any remedial work conducted during construction (burrs, slag.
spatter) appropriately cleaned prior to final surface treatment
(painting etc.)

12 Site painting to comply with the appropriate surface protection

specification.
