FI. / 4-27 Dated: (7) } 4) 2%] R Whereas, CDSCO, Govt. of India has granted permission to manufacture and market the Covid 19 management drug Remedesivir for restricted emergency use only to different companies, subject to various conditions and restrictions. And whereas, due to sharp increase in COVID cases in Delhi, the demand of the said drug has increased exponentially. In view of above, all the Drugs Inspectors are hereby directed to personally monitor and ensure the following with respect to the distributors/stockists as per the list attached, in order to effectively check the movement of Remdesivir Injection in Delhi on daily basis: 1) To oversee the whole procurement process of Remdesivir injection starting from placement of order and its receipt by the distributor/dealer from the Company depot/CFA 2) To ensure that all the supplies received by the distributors/dealers are entered in their relevant records & all the inventories made are properly accounted. 3) To oversee and ensure that all the relevant records of sale & distribution of Remdesivir formulations are properly maintained & retained as prescribed under relevant provisions of Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 & Rules thereunder. 4) To submit a daily report on sale & distributions of Remdesivir Injection, All the Drugs Inspectors shall be personally liable for the implementation of this order with immediate effect and this shall include end to end monjtoring of Remdesivir 3 \ 2 Injection, Any deviation from above would be viewed seriously and would attract stringent action as per law.
