2. Tính năng và lợi ích của phụ gia Cemax 350CL

Phụ gia Cemax 350CL là chất phân tán dạng lỏng, hỗ trợ cho quá trình
nghiền các vật liệu carbon như Than khoáng hay Petcoke.
Sử dụng phụ gia trợ nghiền Cemax 350CL giúp giảm mài mòn, tăng thời
gian làm việc của Bi nghiền, Trục nghiền hay Búa nghiền.
 Phụ gia Cemax 350CL giảm sự kết tụ, tăng khả năng phân tán vật liệu
nghiền.
Trong cùng một thời gian, phụ gia Cemax 350CL có thể tăng công suất
nghiền lên khoảng 20%, và độ mịn sản phẩm vẫn đảm bảo. Trường hợp
công suất nghiền không thay đổi thì sự có mặt của phụ gia sẽ làm giảm thời
gian nghiền.
Tóm lại: Những lợi ích của phụ gia Cemax 350CL như giảm mài mòn của
Bi, trụ hay búa nghiền; giảm mài mòn thiết bị; tăng công suất nghiền hay

3. Khả năng tương thích

Phụ gia trợ nghiền Cemax 350CL phù hợp cho các vật liệu carbon.
Sự có mặt của phụ gia Cemax 350 CL không gây ra bất kỳ một phản ứng
hóa học nào với vật liệu nghiền, không làm thay đổi bất kỳ đặc tính hóa lý
nào của vật liệu nghiền, ví dụ như chất bốc, nhiệt trị…
Phụ gia Cemax 350CL phù hợp theo tiêu chuẩn ASTM C465-85 về chất
không nguy hại “No Harm”.

4. Tỉ lệ sử dụng phụ gia Cemax 350 CL khi nghiền Than

Tỉ lệ sử dụng phụ gia Cemax 350 CL thông thường từ 0,04 – 0,06 % khối
lượng của Than
Tỉ lệ phụ gia thay đổi tùy thuộc vào loại Than sử dụng; kiểu và loại Máy
nghiền; tùy thuộc vào mục tiêu của khách hàng là tăng công suất nghiền,
tăng hiệu suất nghiền hay thay đổi độ mịn, thời gian nghiền…
Đối với từng Nhà Máy, chúng tôi cần thông tin sơ bộ để đánh giá, sau đó sẽ
thử nghiệm trên thực tế để đưa ra giải pháp kinh tế - kỹ thuật tối ưu nhất.
Giai đoạn này, chuyên gia từ Fosroc và công ty La Sơn phối hợp chặt chẻ
và hỗ trợ tối đa với Nhà Máy.
5. Đóng gói và sử dụng phụ gia Cemax 350CL
Phụ gia chứa trong các tank chống cháy nổ, với dung tích 210 lít, 1.000 lít
hoặc lớn hơn.
Phụ gia có thể chứa 12 tháng trong các bình chuyên dụng.
Phụ gia đưa vào hệ thống qua các thiết bị chuyên dụng và định lượng chính
xác với Than đi vào Máy nghiền. Các chuyên gia Fosroc se khảo sát, tư vấn
hệ thống đưa phụ gia phù hợp cho từng khách hàng.

6. Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật
Fosroc và công ty La Sơn sẵn sàng thử phụ gia trong phòng thí nghiệm và

CEMAX 350CL is an aqueous solution of dispersing agent
for use as a grinding aid for the pulverising of
carbonaceous materials such as Coal and Petcoke.
CEMAX 350CL is a customized hydroxyl chemical based
substance.
Advantages

Plant trials with Coal Mill Grinding Aid

Location: Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh

Date: 3rd April 2013 – 4th April 2013

Company Profile:
UltraTech Cement Limited is India's biggest cement company and India’s
largest exporter of cement clinker based in Mumbai, India. The company is
division of Grasim Industries. It has an annual capacity of 52 million tonnes. It
manufactures and markets ordinary Portland cement, Portland blast furnace
slag cement, white cement and Portland Pozzolana cement. The cement plant
at Tadipatri has adopted dry process technology with an installed capacity to
produce 5.0 MTPA of cement. The plant is located at the border line between
Anantapur & Kurnool Districts of Andhra Pradesh. Two Grinding Units are
attached to APCW. One is located at Arakkonam (Tamil Nadu) and the other at
Ginigera (Koppal District, Karnataka).
The unit has high efficiency Vertical Raw Mill ATOX 50 (2 Nos of 370 tph each),
Vertical Coal Mill ATOX 27.5 (1 No of 71 tph), Double String Six Stage
Preheater, Kiln 4.75 X 75 mtr 8000 TPD, CIS-CFG Coolax Cooler, Belt bucket
elevators for Raw Meal & Kiln Feed in place of conventional pneumatic

Conclusion:

Cemax 350 CL –
The production of Pet-coke grinding mill was increased from 48TPH to
62 TPH. However, the mill was stable at 57 TPH.
The percentage increase in production was 14% - 18% with decrease in
residue.
There is potential to increase the production in pet-coke with longer
usage of Cemax 350 CL.

About Company: The India Cements Ltd was established in 1946 and the first plant
was setup at Sankarnagar in Tamilnadu in 1949 . Since then it has grown in stature to
seven plants spread over Tamilnadu and Andhra Pradesh. The capacities as on March
2010 have reached 14.05 mtpa.
Sankarnagar works is a fully integrated cement plant, strategically located in
Sankarnagar, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu with its own abundant reserves of limestone. Plant
currently has a capacity of 1.5mtpa and clinker production 3800 tonnes per day.

Observations
 Increment in mill output by 5 MT against blank and total increase in production is
15%.
 No changes in quality parameters.

Conclusion:

The trial results can be concluded as gain in productivity by 10-15% from Cemax
350CL without affecting quality of fine coal.

In order to check the consistency of product performance and dosage

optimization, Fosroc requested ICL to use product regularly.
