Acknowledgement of Trust AND Irrevocable Special Power of Attorney
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TRUST
AND
IRREVOCABLE SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
had been registered in her name and the legal estate granted to her, but the purchase price
therefor had been paid by RUEL B. VILLAFRIA, Filipino, of legal age, with address at no. 242 J.
P. Laurel St., Nasugbu, Batangas, for which reason an implied trust has been created in favor of
the said RUEL B. VILLAFRIA under Article 1448 of the New Civil Code, and TEODORA

MENDOZA, with the intention to discharge the trust, DO HEREBY CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT
RUEL B. VILLAFRIA as her true and lawful Attorney in Fact, to do and perform the following
acts, to wit:
3. To demand, receive and collect in his name and for his own
account the proceeds of any such sale, transfer and
conveyance, the intent being to fully discharge the trust in his
favor;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said RUEL B.. VILLAFRIA full and
irrevocable power and authority whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises, including the power to appoint a substitute attorney, under circumstances he may
deem appropriate, with powers he may deem necessary, and for whatever period he may deem
suitable, the intent being to fully discharge the trust in his favor, and TEODORA MENDOZA
hereby ratifIes and confirms the appointment of any substitute, and all that RUEL B. VILLAFRIA
may do or cause to be done under and by virtue of the premises.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands this ___ day of April, 1999
at Nasugbu, Batangas.
