an annual 2.2% of the home’s sales price. So you can

The tax abatement is for a 30-year term, which begins to 2.2% of the Deed Price
run from the date that a buyer closes on the home. 2.2% of Annual Service Charge
the deed price is the annual payment for the first 10 years
after the closing. Beginning in Year 11, the annual PILOT
payment increases by 3% annually over the prior year.
