SIAVASH’S STUDIO CLASS POLICY

​ CHEDULE

Replacement classes may be adjusted with added hours to upcoming classes.

2.​ P
​ AYMENT

Advance fees are to be paid at the beginning of every month prior to the selected session. Students
are to have 4 lessons in a month. In the event of cancellation, they need to consult and arrange a
replacement class.

3.​ M
​ ISSED LESSONS
Student cancellation (possible 24 hours prior to the time of the class) and fix the next date. Please
call when you are away/sick and cannot attend class. Kindly be punctual for your classes as there
is another ongoing activity. Replacement may sometimes be conducted by adding time to the next
class. Registration fees

​ BSERVATION

All parents/guardians are welcome to observe the class. (Please keep all devices silent during the
lessons)

5.​ D
​ ISCONTINUATION OF CLASSES

Prior notice in a month’s time is acceptable.
