Taylor has worked on developing, expanding, and crafting her teaching practice in my Sports Medicine and Physical Education classes at All Saint High School during her PSI and PSI placements, Throughout tis time, | have witnessed tremendous growth n planning, execution, and reflection by Taylor on her teaching, classroom management and fostering elective relationships inher classes, Taylor has dane a fantastic ob with her lesson plans from the very beginning. Her attention to deta use of activites, and overall knowledge ofeach lessons topics has been outstanding. Taylor includes ways for alltypes of lamers to be ‘engaged whether it be hands on practical kil, multiple electronic resources, use of videos, and exiting learning games. Just to name a few, Taylor as a great ability to communicate with her students onal level and issues. Her ntativ, ambition to learn and wilingness to get out of her comfort zone has been very evident throughout her placements ‘Examples ofthis would befor covering for sick teachers who dd not have a guest teacher, teaching mini lessons in other departments outside her education background, and taking the lead on creating and implementing new project in clas ‘Throughout Taylor’ placement, she has gained great confidence in her teaching, management, and relationships in class. There have been circumstances that have arisen n class where immediate decisions have had to be made such at with conflicts between students, scheduling of missed assessments, students and parents inquiring about grades, et Taylor has been able to assist in these matters ina very thoughtful, caring, yt intentional manner. Through these Interactions trong relationships and trust has been created inthe classroom under hr instruction which has created a very successful and most importantly comfortable learaing envionment. ‘Asa teachers encouraged to become a life-long learner and strive to improve each day. | am confident that this is 8 trait that Tayor will apply throughout her journey in education. As each day culminate, Taylor and! would discuss and reflect upon the day's highlights, areas for improvement, tough circumstances in ass, adjustments that could take place in planning, and most importantly, the opportunity to continue to grow and develop the nextday.
