(3) Power supply should be connected by professional and qualified electrician according to name plate;
(4) We may change the structure of this product without further notice and have no any obligation to upgrade the
products sold previously;
(5) It is not allowed to increase the load above the rated lifting capacity;
(6) No disassembly or repairing to the circuit of control box without permission;

1
2. Installation
2.1- Column installation
(1) Make sure no any defect on the ground and strictly ensure that the strength of foundation concrete is more than
3000 PSI (2.1 kg/mm2);
(2) Determine and mark installing location according to below foundation drawing;

Fig. 1 foundation drawing

(3) Fix main column with M18×160 expansion bolts, lay the tube, and then determine location of the slave column
accordingly;
·Note: Two columns should be parallel to each other, and be perpendicular to the ground;
2.2- Wire rope installation
Lift the arms a bit till the columns are locked, install the wire ropes & nuts; lower the arms onto ground, adjust the
nuts till the wire ropes have best tensile force;

2.4- Test
(1) Test with no load: check tensile force of wire ropes; insure two carriages move in sync;
(2) Test with load: check if hydraulic system works properly;

3
3. Operation instructions
3.1- Preparation before commissioning
(1) Apply grease onto the movable contact surface of the sliding block and evenly apply the grease onto the sliding
surface from top to bottom;
(2) Fill hydraulic station with N20 or N32 hydraulic oil;
(3) Connect power supply according to the motor name plate and pay attention to the rotating direction of
three-phase motor;
3.2- Commissioning and operation
(1) Check whether the motor power supply is installed properly;
(2) Check whether all bolts are tightened;
(3) Press the starting button on the motor to lift the sliding block, and stop pressing to stop it;
(4) Pull the unlock ring from both side to unlock the lift, and push the handle to descend the vehicle;

(5) As air may enter the hydraulic system during installation, it is suggested to discharge the air for one time by
repeatedly lifting and lowering for several times;
3.3- Consideration during vehicle repair operation
(1) Carefully read the warning sign on the column;
(2) Operators need to understand the centre-of-gravity position of different vehicles, and position vehicle evenly
upon carrying arms;
(3) It is forbidden to open the cover of the observation hole after powering on;

4
(4) The hydraulic valve has been properly adjusted before delivery. If the user needs to adjust it, it should be adjusted
by specially-assigned technician; otherwise the user will be responsible for all consequences caused thereon;
(5) During lifting and lowering operation, do not stand or place other repair tools, brackets and other barriers below
the vehicle to avoid accident;
(6) During repair work, if the operator needs to leave for more than 2h, the vehicle must be lowered to not more
than 200mm height from the ground (or the mechanical safety lock is locked) to avoid self-falling;

4. Maintenance instructions
4.1- Trouble shooting
No. Trouble Reason Solution
1 Asynchronous lifting. Inconsistent tension of steel wires. Tighten the nuts of the steel wires.
2 Mechanical safety lock failed. Insufficient tensile force of tension Adjust the tension of the tension
spring. spring.
3 Motor and electric appliance failed. Timely disconnect the power supply.
4 Fail to lift or lower slowly with heavy Manual oil discharging valve is Clean or replace the manual oil
load. closed improperly. discharging valve.
5 Oil leakage of oil pipe or joint. 1. Oil leakage of joint; 1. Reconnect the oil pipe with seal
2. Oil leakage of oil pipe & joint. tape and sealing element;
2. Tighten the nuts of the oil pipe.
6 Fail to lower to the ground. Oil cylinder inclined. Adjust the perpendicularity of the oil
cylinder.
7 Oil leakage of piston rod of oil Replace the sealing element of the
cylinder. oil hydraulic.
8 Other error. Please contact supplier.

4.2- Routine maintenance and inspection
(1) Check the position of the mechanical safety lock during operation;
(2) Check the hydraulic joint for leakage of the oil pipe;
(3) If a chain transmission is installed, check chain connection-bending, breakage, and looseness;
(4) Check the connection of the steel wire rope - bending, breakage, and looseness;
(5) Check the wearing condition of the steel wire rope during lifting;
(6) Check the connection of all tension springs and cotters to ensure reliable connection;
(7) Check the connection of all bolts, nuts and screws and immediately tighten them if any looseness;
(8) Check the wire and the switch for damage;
(9) Ensure the cleanness of base plate, and protection against erosion resulting from dust, grease and corrosive
materials;
(10) Check the foundation around of the expansion bolts for strength and looseness;
(11) Check the carrying arm for serious drooping, and do not use it in case of serious deformation and breakage;
(12) Check the sliding beam, and don’t use it in case of serious deformation and breakage;
(13) Ensure that the rocker arm lock works properly;
4.3- Weekly maintenance and inspection
