Gentlemen:

This is to give notice to CBD8 REALTY & DEV’T. CORP. that we are
intending to sell our property located at Sta. Monica, Floridablanca,
Pampanga with a total land area of 100,000 square meters (10 hectares),
more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 675353-R and
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 675354-R of the Registry of Deeds for the
Province of Pampanga. We fix our price at One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos
(₱1,500.00) per square meters for the said total land area and this price is
for CBD8 REALTY & DEV’T. CORP. only in particular, subject to such other
terms and conditions as may be negotiated by the parties.

We will be glad to accommodate negotiation with CBD8 REALTY &

DEV’T. CORP. should it be interested to purchase the property and for this
purpose, please manifest CBD8 REALTY & DEV’T. CORP.’s intention to buy by
way of written reply within five (5) days from receipt hereof.

Please take note that this document shall not in any way mean as
granting CBD8 REALTY & DEV’T. CORP. or any of its officers, stockholders
and representatives the exclusive option to buy the property and neither
should this document be considered as restricting the owners to offer the
property to other persons at different price, terms and conditions.
