reflection and insight. Attach/include an evidence for justification (can be a Republic Act,
Bible verse/s, etc.).

In my own perspective, abortion is morally acceptable and morally inacceptable

depending on the situation. For me, abortion is morally inacceptable if the woman wants
to abort the child just because she’s not yet ready to become a mother, just because
she’s afraid to her parents to know about it and if her reason is she accidentally got
pregnant by her boyfriend. Those are the most common and most senseless and foolish
reasons I always hear from women’s who abort their child. And those unintelligent
reasons were not acceptable to abort a child.

I think abortion will become morally acceptable if the life or health of a pregnant
women is at risk. According to some medical experts says that abortion do sometimes
save women’s lives. There are some conditions that might lead to ending a pregnancy
just save a woman's life include severe infections, heart failure and high blood pressure
that is at risk for stroke, says Erika Levi, an obstetrician and gynecologist at the
University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. "There are certain cases where ending the
pregnancy is the only option, cases where it would be putting the mother's life at risk to
continue the pregnancy," She added.

Another situation that I consider abortion morally acceptable if the women who
wants to abort the child is a rape victim. In some country like US, Mexico, Ireland
abortion is legal. It has limited access to legal abortion such as life endangerment, rape,
or incest.
 As a woman, I know that it is hard and it is really painful for them to bear and
raise a child that is a result of rape. I can’t even imagine the pain and trauma it causes
women. I know that here in our country abortion is illegal, but for me legalization of
abortion for rape victims would be a great help.
