Topic Today’s lifestyle is much better than the lifestyle of our parents.

The 21st century is considered to be the most advanced era of human life and there is a
good reason why people think that. I believe there are tons of advantages which includes
easing people life by the new development of technologies. Modern technology solves a lot
problems that we are facing on a daily basis. There are loads of other technologies out there
that improve our modern life. Therefore, I strongly agree with the statement that today’s
lifestyle is much better than the lifestyle of our parents.

With the technologies that we have now, one of the advantages is that it can save our time.
Having smartphones in our pockets or bags helps us save huge amounts of time. For
example, if we are travelling to an unknown city that we doesn’t know to the direction,
pulling out a paper map every time we need to navigate to a certain destination tiring. The
percent that we end up going to the wrong direction are also big but with smartphones we
can avoid this fortune from happening. As we know, smartphones have access to the GPS so
we can easily navigate ourselves to the final destination. From this, we can conclude that
today’s lifestyle improve our life.

Secondly, the use of modern technology makes living better. Such advantages include
improvement of travelling because of the advanced transportation. Before, people take days
to travel because they use animals to help them travel. Now, we only spend a few hours to
travel using the air planes. It’s reduces the time needed to travel and made travelling an
enjoyable time. It is also make journey easier. Cars and trucks also can take us across huge
distance but now we still complain that we have to sit in a car for hours. Now lifestyle is
more convenient because the existence of high technology transportation.

Lastly, with an internet connection, we have access to knowledge than all of the combined
history of humanity. Today, education has developed with the use of internet. Students are
able to find information about college research paper without need to go through libraries
and encyclopedia. All we have to do is type the information that we want to find and we will
obtain it in a matter of seconds. We can gather thousand of information in a few hours
using search engines. This show that modern lifestyle are much better than before.

One fact that cannot be denied is that every generation will be better that the previous
generation. That is a natural outcome of evolution and that is how it should be. We should
be grateful to be born in this time. Taking full advantage of technology, together with open
minded life makes human society is more comfortable and greater. Hence, today’s lifestyle is
much better than the lifestyle of our parents.
