Answer : Bella felt depressed and demotivated upon learning of the
big and disparity in their salaries, Considering that Patty was a new
comer and was new in the field. And yes she justified to be so it is
normal for a person to become demotivated in salaries of a new
comer is unfair.

Answer : At first Bella was friendly to Patty but after sometime
friendship was transformed into a more civilized co-existence

Answer : Susie Wong always bypassed in promotion because her bad

is her division . There could also be a possibility that she’s always
bypassed because the finance manager was afraid Susie might
replace her.
2. Was management justified in not promoting her?
Answer: In our opinion the management is just right in not
promoting her. She might be the excellent, undeniably brilliant
worker but if she didn’t know how to respect others, how could she
probably or possibly be a leader and lead in her department.

Answer: Susie Started to and deliberately accomplished her task –

her personality traits.
Answer: She really great in what she’s doing her also had a very bad
temper she should also have kept the communication between her and
Mr. Olondriz open and helped each other in solving the company’s
issues. She knows how to perform well on her job

2. If you were Mrs. Nakpil, what would you have done after the meeting
where Mr. Olondriz called the attention of the other officers about her
work.
Answer: If I was Mrs. Nakpil the first thing that I would do is to
approach Mr. Olondriz and talk to him about what happen with my work
and ask for another meeting to clear things out and talk again about the
issue because if we don’t have proper communication in our work
nothing will be accomplished.

3. Characterize the leadership style of Mr. Olondriz.


Answer: For me Mr. Olondriz is very outspoken and straight forward he
says what he wants to say but he never leaves his job unfinished and
even though he was he at his lost he never left the company and he did
everything to save the company.

4. If you were the President of Supreme Corporation, how would you


handle both Mr. Olondriz and Mrs. Nakpil? Why?
Answer: If I were the President first is I would have talked to them
separately and listen to what they have to say and explain what is in
their side because for me being the leader means being able to fair to
each and every one and always weigh the situation and hear them both
side. Mrs. Nakpil and Mr. Olondriz are both good officers and they have
different personalities that as a President we must know how to handle
